It’s not official yet, but I’m unofficially starting my Team Orphans cookie business today! There’s still a lot to do before I have an actual business. I’m meeting with someone next week from the MSU product development center to talk about business strategies, marketing, packaging, insurance, recipe counseling, and a host of other things. But in the interim, many of you have tasted the cookies, love them, and are asking to buy them.
So here is my official cookie ordering information- for now!
I’m starting in the Grand Rapids area only, since I don’t have official packaging yet that prolongs shelf life.
I have three flavors- Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, and Coconut/ Dark Chocolate Chip.
All cookies are made with all gluten free ingredients, but they don’t taste like it! Note- my home kitchen is not officially gluten free!
All cookies are protein cookies, meaning that they are high in protein (official nutrition panel coming later) and make a great meal replacement or high energy snack.
Cookies are $1.25 each and sold in groups of 6 or 12. 6 = $7.50 12 = $15.00
Place an order by emailing me at rebecca@teamorphans.com. I’ll let you know as soon as they are ready. You can come pick them up or I can deliver. I can take checks made out to Rebecca Cruttenden or cash.
As most of you know, I’m starting the cookie business to donate 100% of profits to Team Orphans adoption grants. But for now, I’ll be using the money from orders to buy the ingredients for more cookies and to help with start up costs. If all goes well and I can officially start the business, then at that point, 100% of profits will be donated.
Let the baking begin! It smells really good in my kitchen……..
That sounds so wonderful! I haven’t even tasted your cookies yet. But I have heard they are delish! I will have to try them soon! High protein? Perfect for this veggie girl. Good luck, Becca! Steph. Ss
I would like 15 of the peanut butter and. The coconut dark chocolate chip. Let me know
when they will be ready.
Yummy…I think I can smell them from here 🙂 I really don’t know how you do it…so much on your plate, but you keep going back for seconds, thirds, fourths…
You have such a special gift and I am not talking about your cookies!
P.S. It was great talking with you earlier ~ hoping to hear the wonderful news soon, that your cookie business is up and running full steam ahead!
