Rebecca became a mother to three children from Russia in 2003, with the support of a Brittany’s Hope adoption grant. She remembers watching over her three children grow and was overjoyed and overwhelmed by the changes within her family.

From a mother’s heart, she knew the importance of uniting families and keeping them together, so she became a Champion for Brittany’s Hope. In 2010 Rebecca completed her first Ironman to raise funds for Brittany’s Hope, and in 2012 made a lifetime commitment to raise $1,000,000 for grants for children who are waiting to come home. She created Team Orphans, which has raised nearly $400,000 for Brittany’s Hope and successfully united over 50 sibling groups to their forever families.

This relentless and passionate adoptive mother of three, 11-time Ironman Athlete, and the founder of Team Orphans, has dedicated 14 years to uplifting the mission of Brittany’s Hope.
